Invasion of the Scooby Snatchers – Episode Review
The episode begins with the live filming of That’s Impossible at studio GLHX-TV. Before they go sit down we meet a karate plant and the human balloon.
A UFO shows up and seizes control of the TV station where an alien clones Scooby, Shaggy and Scrappy to help take over the world.
The clones enter the tv studio where the real Scooby and Shaggy find the Scrappy clone who proclaims ‘outer space power’. The fake Scrappy runs on stage and tries to start a fight with the TV host, so Scooby grabs him and locks him in a film archive vault.
Fake Shaggy shows up and confuses Scooby even more creating lots of confusing moments for Scooby, plus we meet a lot of interesting guests.

After having a piano dropped on him, the Alien gives up and goes in search for another planet to conquer.
My Review
I give this episode a 3.5 out of 10. My favourite part of this episode was the Karate Plant – Shogun Philodendron. I also enjoyed the Alien design, and the tv studio set piece. I thought it was creative, fun and somewhat interesting.
Daredevil Dan, and having a 2000 grand pound piano dropped on him was fun too!
Even more interesting, with the clones walking off with the Piano, does this mean they are on some other planet now – and attempting to take it over? Are there alien life forms out there that now fear Scooby, Shaggy and Scrappy? Could there be a clone army of Scrappy’s and is this where the alien Scrappy came from that we will see in Punk Rock Scooby in the next season?
Anyway, join me next week when I will be covering Scooby Dooby Guru. Until then, Stay Spooky!
